Feel it first.
Your body answers before your head does. You learn to notice the answer.
Courses
Between something happening and what you do next there is a space. My courses are about growing it: feeling your body react first, naming the pattern that just woke up, and taking one breath before the old reaction runs.
What I teach, and why
Most of us only see our patterns after they have played out: the message left on read, the bill, the raised voice, and then the reaction we have had a hundred times before.
Understanding a pattern afterwards rarely changes it. Catching it as it starts does. So the courses teach the moment before: the body first, then a name for what woke up, then one breath. Not fixing you, and not giving you a type.
The ideas come from Carl Jung's work on complexes (patterns with a charge of feeling that can take over for a while), told in plain words and as a story.
Your body answers before your head does. You learn to notice the answer.
Ten towns, ten patterns. You learn which one just woke up, from the inside.
A slow breath before the old path takes you. That is the space, growing.
The courses
Course one · being built
A journey on an island map. You start in a garden, learn the space and one breath, then walk a road through ten towns. Each town is one pattern with two sides, like Trust and Vigilance, or Control and Surrender. The road ends at a gate.
Early version open on Skool; the new version is being finished
Course two · later
The longer course: past the gate and further in, into the roots of these patterns and the wider map of the mind.
Coming later, after The Liminal Road. Its own Skool group opens then
Free to start
The start of The Liminal Road is free: a piece of the area before Town 1 and a piece of Town 1 itself. An early version of it is on Skool now. The full road, in three levels, will be paid later. Prices are not set, and nothing is for sale yet.
Want to hear when the new version and the levels open? Write to me and I will tell you.
Draft, 30 Oct 2026. Nothing here is for sale yet.
